Peter J’s was able to complete this project for our client as a sub-contractor (local representative) for an out of town general contractor who we had worked with in multiple situations before. Saving the out of town contractor a great deal of travel costs, as well as our knowledge of local trades and malls allowed for us to represent them and assure them that the construction of their space was in good hands.

By ensuring continued and open lines of communication, we were able to update our client multiple times a week on the progress of their project and ensure that any arising issues were dealt with swiftly and professionally.

This project included all required demolition back to shell condition, as well as the build out to a fully-fixtured store ready for staff and merchandise. We worked closely with the landlord, our client, and in many cases the franchise representatives in order to ensure they were happy with all aspects of construction.

The materials that made this store stand out were the ceramic tile plank flooring (looks like wood), as well as the brick veneer along the back wall installed by one of our expert masons. Our experience as not just a General Contractor, but as a sub-contractor as well allows us to know and understand our roles within a project and ensure that we’re completing the requirements set upon us by everyone within the project scope.
