Copper Branch – Jasper Avenue

We were very excited to work local franchisees, the franchise design team and the landlord representatives on this project. We were happy to consult on this project, representing our clients for approximately one year prior to the start of our construction in order to ensure the services that were required for their project could be obtained with close collaboration with the Landlord and design team. All this upfront work allowed for a smooth construction process and a very dramatic change in space over the course of the 12 weeks on site.

Our role on this project was the full construction of the space and all finish work from a shell condition through to the end. We worked with our own sub-trades, as well as a few franchised sub-trades to ensure a seamless process in the construction of the space. The Peter J’s team was up to the challenge of ensuring the close coordination of restaurant construction all took place without issue. The finishes selected were top notch, a lot of fun to work with and allowed for a beautiful product that our team is happy to showcase, and the clients are receiving positive feedback about from their customers who support their new operation.
